“I tried it but didn't do anything for me. The Chiropractor and Physical Therapist would pull on my neck and it helped. This seemed like a good idea but didn't help me.”

“I've ordered this product about 4 years ago and it works, however, after time the tube broke off, so what do you do?? I'm sure there is a warranty on this item but I'm not sure if it can be replaced? Inquiring to find out if it can be replaced w/no charge.”

“I find that to pump it up enough to get any actual relief it just feels like I'm being choked. Not sure I will use it as much as I had hoped”

“It is easy to use. It is comfortable. The support I get is aMazing. I have pain from my neck down to my arm and it seems to take the pressure off and makes it comfortable for me to sit.”

“At the end of the day when my neck is in my chest...lol...from slumping over so much I put this on and it puts my neck into a neutral position once more. It is great! My physiotherapist recommended it to me. I recommend it to you.”
