“Great for 2 very important uses: 1. Traveling. Because of its design, it pushes the head up on the neck column, not forward the way other inflatables do. Like other inflatables, it shrinks down to an easily-carried size when not in use. Having the ability to release just some of the pressure easily is handy when you hit altitude and the thinner air makes it necessary to release the now-expanded air to remain comfortable. 2. Sore neck. It can be pumped high enough to traction a stiff neck; alternately pumping it up and releasing the air creates a massage effect. My only concern is that this is the second one I have had to buy, because the first one developed a leak after a couple of years. I am hoping this one will last longer.”

“This is the second neck comforter my family owned. The stitch quality on the first one is excellent. However, on this one, the stitches on the second bellow is terrible. The underside of the bellow is all wrinkle up......”

“In 2005, my diagnosis for sever headaches were my 5 & 6 veribrate were ruptured In an accident in 1992. I am not particularly fond of surgery, and my neurologist stated he could operate on my neck. This was very surprising and decide this is not an option for me. In the past I have tried my different creams and pills to help with the pain, but nothing like neck comforter. I remember the neurologist placing both of his hands around my neck and lifted up, the pain disappeared. I just believed there were other options. Up early in the mornings feeling pain on the neck aea. I saw Dr Ho's commercial, tried his products and now I have gotten the most natural remedy to my pain. The neck comfort, the belt and tens unit have made me a believer.”

“I would not buy another because once the rubber tubing broke, it became totally useless.”

“I got the unit out of the box read through the directions as I out it on and started to pump it out I could hear air rushing out of one side. It will not inflate it has a bad leak on one of the chambers. I am not satisfied with the product at all”
