“My wife and I enjoy your product. But there is times when using the product it gives you a little electric shock. To the point where you have to readjust and spray the unit down with more solution that was provided. Can you provide us with a solution to prevent the product from shocking us? Or do we need to return the unit?”

“The stimulation on the neck feels good if you set it to #2. The higher settings are too strong. Unfortunately, when you put the control in the pouch, the dial moves from off and the batteries go dead.”

“Was not comfortable using the neck pro. Tried to return it. Was given an address in Canada to return it to. Got a call from customs stating the company did not want it back they were returning it to me. I don't want it and will not use it but spent 299 original purchase and 50 in postage to return. Not happy”

“I have always had problems with neck pain. When I saw the Neck Pain Pro advertised, I ordered it right away. It has been one of the most useful purchases that I have made. It makes such a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend and have suggested it to my friend who also suffers from the same problem.”

“My wife bought this for me for an early Xmas gift. She has bought me many gadgets over the years to try to reduce my neck & shoulder pain, with little to no success so I wasn't too hopeful about this one. And I'm happy to report that it works. One 20 minute treatment and I have lasting results of being pain free, I've only had to use it once a day. I'm so happy that something finally works.”

“i love it. use it almost everyday. the only thing i would change is the power dial. you have to be careful because it can easily be accidentally moved and give you a stronger jolt.”
