“Using the padded neck piece that comes with this package , even following the instructions using the conductive spray on the pads , I get a very uncomfortable stinging sensation . Just does not feel pleasant at all ! OUCH ! Can only use it on a very very low setting and thus, will do me no good . However, when just using the basic "Pads" on my neck area and back and as a basic "Tin"s unit /device , I am getting some use out of this DR Ho' device. At this time , I feel the padded neck piece is unusable due to the very uncomfortable stinging sensation. The two pairs of small pads and the slightly larger pads work fine !”

“This product relieves my neck pain. I have arthritus and it stops the pinching pain. I have not tried any of the pressure pads yet.”

“I am so glad I purchased this! It is working wonders for my neck issues. I use it every night as part of my relaxation time. IF I had to change anything, I would make the way you adjust the strength different, maybe digital. Several times I have accidentally bumped the knob and turned it up, zapping myself! Also, perhaps make it chargeable? Other than that, it is truly a godsend for those of us that sit at a computer all day! Love this device!”
