“I place them in 3 places : car, sofa and work chair. While they are definitely more comfortable than without them, I notice that they don't fit my back 100%. I have to adjust my sitting position to allow either the upper or lower back to lean against them. I also find filling the warranty cards cumbersome. There is no indication of whether I need to complete all 3 cards or only one. Also, my personal information is already on my order and delivery note. As such, in order to save both parties' time, all you need to do is, upon delivery, input it to my record.”
