“I tried yoga for the first time...........first move, pulled my rotor cuff out. Very painful. I used Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy pads, and after the third day of use, my shoulder was more mobile, minimal pain, didn't hurt when I lay on my side. Amazing. I also cut and style my own hair and was unable to reach the back of my head with my inflamed shoulder. Also, had to ask my husband to pull my jacket or sweater up so I could put my arm into the sleeve. I can do all of this on my own, and it has only been one week that I have been using Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy Pads, once a day for 20 minutes on the ""C"" setting. Feels so-o-o-o good!”
