“The product is amazing. However something happened with my original order and it was reprocessed two weeks after I ordered. I know the current situation plays a factor but 21 days since I ordered and nothing yet.”

“It didn't fit well with my old machine. I was expected only the gel sheet without the pad with electric connection. The plug part is too big for my old machine.”

“I have used your product for about 15 years. I never go anywhere without it . Finally my old one stop working and I had to order a brand new one last year or so.I only gave you three stars because the pads I got with the new set are definitely not as good as the old system. They are thin and cheaply made. That is why I had to order more of them. Maybe that is what you want? Thin pads or not I would never give up my Dr. Ho .”

“I have shoulders that have had serious operations with torn tendons.I use the pads all the time and get great relief.They also work on my Knees,hips and thighs.I have arthritis so most of my joints hurt from time to time.”
