The choice of guides can make or break. They got it 50% right. We covered a lot of ground and saw whales, moose, & caribou as well as numerous birds.

This was our 2nd tour with Eagle Eye Tours. We had an amazing adventure, seeing huge colonies of birds and the unique Steller’s Sea Eagle! Adam Timpf and Tim Lucas guided us through gorgeous landscapes and forests, helped everyone get the best possible views at each encounter and we had a lot of fun along the way. Thanks everyone, we’ll book another tour soon.

This was a truly excellent tour. Jared Clarke has designed a tour that includes all the birding high points as well as some historic and cultural experiences. Highlights were the bird colonies in Witless Bay, the Northern Gannets in St. Mary's, and the days in Gros Morne National Park. Jared Clarke and Adam Timpf were a great team. They shared their knowledge of birds and plants enthusiastically and both worked amazingly hard to keep us all comfortable and happy.

This tour gave me what I had hoped for - an excellent overview of a large part of Newfoundland and the opportunity to see birds not found in my province. Guides Jared and Ken were tireless in their efforts to find us the birds and mammals they knew were there but alas, nature does not always co-operate! All in all I would recommend this tour to friends with my same interest, they would not be disappointed.
