Aug 3 - 12, 2026 | On our New Brunswick and Grand Manan birding tour we will experience the shorebird fall migration spectacle in the Bay of Fundy, the boreal forest birds in Fundy and Kouchibouguac National Park, and the seabirds off shore of Grand Manan. We will look for Razorbills, Great Shearwater, Red Phalarope, Boreal Chickadee, White-winged Crossbill, thousands of migrating Semipalmated Sandpipers, as well as Humpback and other whales.

“i have given this a 4 star rating primarily because our guides were outstanding. Jared and Mitch work so well together and they took care of all of us, from shopping for picnic lunch supplies for our various food allergies & preferences, to ensuring that we saw the spectacular bird life of this province. Grand Manan was a wonderful experience. There was a pelagic tour one day which resulted in some amazing species, not just birds. And we got to take a ferry across to White Head Island which was so enjoyable, the island is delightful as are the people. The people were friendly and welcoming everywhere. A bonus for me was that after the tour I purchased one of Mitch's photo albums. The tour was well organized and very well led.”

“Great habitats visited especially wonderful marshes and the pelagic trip with hump back and fin whales. Great pelagic species including Cory's and Manx's Shearwaters. Great travel through NB geography and time on the unique Grand Manan Island. Great talented guides.”

“Very beautiful to observe so many different species that call NB home even if it is temporary. Fabulous pelagic boat tour on the Bay of Fundy plus humpback and fin whale sightings on the ferry and on the boat. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, ready to help and fun to be around. Excellent, varied itinerary. It was wonderful to be on Grand Manan for 3 days. The tour helps to show the natural beauty of NB.”

“It was a fantastic experience overall. The accomodation in Grand Manan island could have been better, but then again I understand the limited availability out there. The birding was good, guides were perfect. Eagle eye really needs to do something about the van that you own. None of the windows in that van roll down except the front seat. There us only 1 door for 6 people to get out, which also is not in a very good condition. Except the van, I don't think i have any other complains.”
