Sep 18 - 27, 2026 | Join us on a Quebec birding tour in the fall. We will visit Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area. At Tadoussac, we head out on the St. Lawrence in search of whales such as Humpback, Minke, Fin and especially Beluga. We will also look for pelagic birds such as Razorbill, Northern Gannet, Common Eider, jaegers and kittiwakes.

“Beautiful area , managed to meet the requirement of good weather, nice people and a great guide. These trips are dependent on the birds being there and this time, not as many as we hoped but that is the nature of birding. Aaron, our guide, was very knowledgeable and I learned several good points about the adventure of birding.”

“We had an excellent trip and were well looked after by the team. We had amazing experiences, especially while on the river trips. Accommodation and meals were also included, again excellent especially lunch time picnics. Gareth and Arnaud , our guides were the best with their local knowledge and looking after us throughout the whole trip. We have a few friends in the UK thinking about coming on one of these trips.”

“This trip was excellent. The whale portion beat expectations for us as we must have seen 100 Belugas in the Gulf. Our two guides were excellent as well. Communication, interaction and knowledge were all strengths for both of them.”

“An excellent tour for both novice and expert birders and whale lovers. We were novice birders who thought we would enjoy the walks and the environment but actually got hooked on birding. The Gulf of St Lawrence during migration presents a real feast for the birding enthusiast or just great walks. We were lucky enough to spot blue whales, fin whales, belugas and more. You can be busy and on your feet for most of each day. We walked about 6km a day, ate well in local restaurants and the guides were amazing birders and hosts.”
