“I like the product and the sound is fine. I did find it a little difficult to put the tube around my ears and fit the ear bud into the ear, takes time so may not be practical for answering calls quickly. The headset only lasted just over 6 months , I broke it at the bulb point. But I’m a heavy user and normally go through one apple headset per year. I will try the new ear bud model without the ear loop which may be more suitable for me.”
