“This headset has been a great help to my left face neuralgia, it was a condition that was getting worse and being on the phone too long could set it off. Now with these headsets I can phone people without the worry I had before.”
“Good sound quality - happy with it and the microphone as I use these constantly throughout the day for work. I do find the ear buds bit fiddly, I still use but they don’t really mould to your ear so can fall out a little bit.”

“These technically work well and the sound quality is fine, but I find the curved plastic tubing (which won't straighten out) makes for a bad fit and the buds keep falling out of my ears no matter which size earbud pieces I use. I still use them but would use them more often if I didn't have to constantly adjust them.”

“I think it's great that this headset comes with a few size options for the earpiece, however I find none of them seem to fit in my ear securely. I also find the connection can be a bit faulty, but usually the connection can be fiddled with and it's comes good. Otherwise I think this headset is great, and makes me much more comfortable making phone calls!”

“I was concerned what the sound quality would be like but it is really good! My only concern with this product is how close the wires finish close to the chest. I'm guessing this could be to preserve sound quality and can be somewhat offset by having it pull away from the body.”
