“My dog weighs 5.5 pounds and he only gets half an Earthbone after he finishes his food. He’s rather finicky but has never turned his nose up on these. One bag lasts about two months since he only gets a half after his dinner meal. He’s had no issues with chewing on them or any digestive issues either. His back teeth look good but he doesn’t chew with his front teeth and I’m noticing a slight yellowing. He’ll probably need a teeth cleaning in about 6 months.”
“Love the ingredients in these chews. The one drawback I have with my 7 lb dog is that she will not chew the dental chew as a whole chew. I must cut the chew into bite size pieces that is really difficult to do. Other than that......I think these Dental Chews are great!”
Hi Diane, thank you so much for your review!! We appreciate you and your pup very much! We have found microwaving the bone in a moist paper towel for 5 seconds can significantly soften the treat. This may help when cutting her bones into smaller pieces.
