“Artwork arrived and 1 piece of the canvas was set slanted. Tried to call customer service 3 times and my call was dropped all 3 times after being on hold. I did finally reached someone via live chat which was followed up by emails. I submitted a photo of the slanted artwork and they will be sending me a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will be fine.”
