“Although I am satisfied with the custom canvas order I received, I was frustrated by the lack of confirmation of what I had ordered (no ability to view the photo or cropping associated with my order after I placed it) and misinformation received when I contacted Customer Service (I was told I would be sent a proof of my order before it was printed -- but I was not). I recommend you find a way to let customers view a proof of all custom orders -- or at least make sure Customer Service sets accurate expectations. I had uploaded multiple photos and wanted to be sure that the right one was being used for my order.”

“I’m so glad I was able to print some photos that mean a lot to our family. One especially, was a picture of a painting my mom did but the canvas was partially damaged. ElephantStock did a great job in working with me to make sure it would come out as good as it possibly could. And it turned out great!! We are actually thinking of making another order within the next year or so.”
