“The canvas I ordered came as expected and well printed. As I'm rating the product I dont want to deduct points towards the time of shipping even though it took much longer than the estimated time (about 1 month and a half). The support team replied withing 4 to 5 days and let me know that orders were slightly backed up but also added that my order was put on some sort of priority queue as I waited much past the estimated shipping date. Overall the service delay could of somehow been relayed to the covid-19 outbreak as I ordered this during quarantine. The service was good but the quality of the product is also very good.”
