“What a wonderful company . I’ve always wanted and canvas wedding picture to hang over our bed . I played around with multiple photos and after placing the order I was nervous I chose the wrong picture . I’ve never spoken to such a wonderful customer service . They responded immediately and they even sent me a preview prior to printing and waited for my approval. Custom orders cannot be returned (rightfully so) I placed an order late Monday night and it was delivered the following Monday early am . Shipping was so fast, customer service excellent, and as for the product I couldn’t be happier. Thank you - with the holidays around the corner I think everyone might be getting their own canvas as a gift . So impressed! Thank you ! -Lauren H”

“I was hesitant to order a custom photo because it's not refundable, I called and spoke to customer service who told me once I placed my order and it was checked I would get final approval before it was actually produced. Well that did not happen, I placed my order and then a few days later got an email that it was accepted and when it would be shipped. No email with a mock up for final approval. The photo did come out well, although it was just a little darker than I anticipated, but I would order again”

“The item was smaller than expected. I know, I should have measured. However, I feel like I would have had a better indication of the size if the vignettes, that gives you an example of the picture/layout adjusted per the size you choose. I did my order from the phone and the picture didn’t change per the size you choose to order. Again, would have been really helpful . . . And would have definitely saved me some money considering I need to reorder a different size. Wah wah.”
