“Wonderful products but man oh man - when I pay for express shipping I expect express shipping. Long story short - it took almost 5 WEEKS to receive an order that I ended up cancelling and then reordering and just had it shipped express to a different address and then BOOM! no problems but still took over a week to get. Same thing happening now with an order I placed almost a week ago - says it shipped 2 days ago however FedEx has not even received the package yet...next time ill save myself the money and just go with regular shipping because apparently to these people its the same thing. But I do love their stuff.”

“I ordered the highland cow 3 piece canvas 50x32 and hung it on my wall just to discover that 1 out of the 3 canvases was about 1/4 of an inch shorter than the other 2. This was quite disappointing and clearly obvious when looked at from a distance. Given the amount of money I spent on this I was expecting better quality. Honestly very disappointed in my purchase with no real way to fix the length of the canvas.”
