“Had a custom canvas print made. Overall print came out extremely dark. Photo submitted was not dark at all and taken with professional high-res camera. Site states that custom prints are non-refundable. I’m guessing custom canvas photos coming out dark is a common issue because I read a review today from and different customer who also expressed the same problem with their custom purchase. I’ve ordered a non-custom canvas from Elephant Stock a while back and was very satisfied with the product so I figured I’d give their custom prints a shot. Won’t be doing customs again but I do recommend anything other than.”

“How does a 23x14 fit in a 16x10x6 box....that is so puzzling to me...not a true size....I have pics bigger than that and they are 16x14...I like the pic but not the size...not worth the price”

“They block bad reviews. This site is a fraud. Do not order from here. I ordered 3x38x24 inch customized canvases. After receiving the wrong size I reached out to customer service. They claimed that measurement is for the total size. Not only is their language misleading but their math is wrong. They gave my 3x 12x24 inch canvases, and said since it was a customized order it was nonrefundable and there was nothing they could do for me. Do not order from here, I recommend canvas champs, which is where I’ll be placing all future orders”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their language is completely misleading. I paid almost 100 dollars for a customized order of 3x 38x24 inch canvases. After receiving the wrong size, they claimed they meant the TOTAL size of 36x24 inch for all three, and my order is no refundable and they will not help me. So I received three 12x24 inch canvases. Not to mention their math is wrong, but their site is completely misleading. Do not be fooled. Do not order from here. I recommend Canvas Champ, which I will be placing all future orders with.”

“I just received my order after waiting excitedly for two weeks. I am satisfied with the quality for the most part, but one of the panels arrived with a few scratches on it. It is disappointing to wait for a piece of art only to have it arrive damaged.”
