The colours of the canvas match perfectly in my house. Very happy with the selection. But the item was way over priced for it being a printed canvas painting rather than a real canvas painting.

It took 19 days for my picture to come from the date of my order . After I inquired about the status of my order, was there anything done or communication regarding processing the order. Disappointed in the process. I am very happy with the picture!

The shipment to Canada was put on hold at the border because Canada Customs rejected the value on the invoice and requested the revised invoice with the correct value of shipment. I reached out to ES using chat 5 times using chat in 5 days and everyday they said the same thing that they will fix this and call FedEx, while the FedEx has been calling me and saying that there has been zero action from your side and Shipper's, the shipment will be sent back in x days. Now, the x days have passed, ES has been of zero help, won't send the revised invoice to me to forward to FedEx and keeps saying we sent the invoice to FedEx while I have been the same conversation with them everyday that the invoice they sent has been rejected. The chat CS were like talking to a wall. By far one of the worst experience.
