“I placed the original order on July 8th. It has been a month now for this 1 simple order to be completed. Your team emailed me asking if I intended to send a duplicate order a day later. I responded to the email saying yes I intended on ordering 2. Then I received an email a day later stating the the order was put on hold as you guys wanted to confirm that I indeed wanted duplicate artwork created. I responded to that email as well as calling your support team to tell them to please rush this order as it was placed days in advance. Now I receive the shipment, and one of the artworks were not included. I only received ONE canvas. After all that? This must be a joke. Now I call your support team to advise them as to what is going on, I was asked to take a photo of the one canvas as if that would make any difference? (Also absurd) Your support team calls me back 30 minutes later stating that this will take 3-6 business days to process??? How is this possible? This is terrible customer service. Period. If this is not resolved in a timely manner I will absolutely never order from this company again. I will also share my experience via a few forums and social media. Please show us some good customer service!! We are not asking for anything extra in this order, just for you guys to hold up your end of the bargain! (Shipping dates, printing & shipping requested artwork, timely customer service)”

“I just received my grandsons canvas today. I was so excited I could not wait to open and see how beautiful it looked. To my surprise, my smile went to a frown real quick. This canvas is blurry, the water color is so dark it doesn’t even look professional. Compared to your version, the one I received is 3xs darker. I have another order I am waiting on for my older grandson. I pray it looks better than this one.”

“I’m not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took awhile and I had to constantly chat with an agent to check on my purchase. The wall art also looks different from the website, online it appears like a goldish shimmer but it wasn’t what I expected and anticipated it to be.”
