“Picture uploaded is significantly brighter vs. What was made and sent. Shipping was very delayed. More than 11 business days and contacting customer support was required. Then fedex postponed the delivery for 3 days and finally arrived today. Wouldn't repeat. Also box was completely damaged when arrived.”

“I have sent 2 emails without a reply back. I received Order #197456 on Friday. Now the exact same item is 50-60% off with additional discounts. “Please read the print properly !! It’s in inches not feet. I expected that it would have been a big picture for my dining room was really disappointed when Fedex had this small box for me. Waited for almost a month to be disappointed! I truly wanted to send it back. When you click on the size it should show the actual size and what the photo would look like on the wall once you hang it. Won’t do this again!”

“After waiting excitedly for 20 days, I received my Rustic World Map. I was extremely disappointed because it doesn't look rustic and does not have the rich quality I was expecting based on reviews. It has a pink/peachy background which really clashed with my tan walls. I need to return it and need to find out how to do so. I need something with more red/gold/brown hues. Thank you, T. H.”

“I'm actually really disappointed. All of your art is beautiful, but the fact that it took three weeks, and my order still said unfulfilled, I sent you an email, with no response. Then a few days later, it still said unfulfilled, so I opened up your online chat tool. I asked what was going on and I got a pre figured, generic response. I told the chat agent that if my order didn't ship within the next few days, to just cancel and and refund my money, and then magically, the next day, my order was being processed. It's a shame because I would love to order more,as I just moved into a new apartment and you have great deals, but after waiting so incredibly long and having to contact you to get my order to ship, I won't order again. The two stars is for the art itself. I wish I had a better experience.”
