“No. I called shortly after placing the order, spoke with customer service, (the order had not been processed yet) changed the shipping address as it was a birthday present and she was not going to be in Conn. Changed and verified the shipping address to my California address. Just received notice it was left on the front porch at the prior Conn address. I have called customer service twice, instead of my call being answered when an agent available, I was disconnected 3 times. No. not happy at all. Waiting for return call. Communicated both by email and telephone”

“I’m not happy with my experience. For 140$, I had to not only wait over two weeks for it, but then I recieve what was suppose to be a 66x33 picture was actually 60 1/2 inches because in the “fine print” they tell you that they recommend an inch between each panel. So you’re basically charging me for 6 inches of my own wall? When I’m selecting the size of my CANVAS and I click the size, I expect that I’m getting 66 inches of CANVAS! Not 60 inch and 6 inches of my own wall! I messaged them immediately about it and the person I spoke with literally just brushed off my complaint. Like Owell. Asked if I wanted to return it and that was my only options. Didn’t even offer me a way to get my print in the size I need. Overall not a good experience. I would have ordered more pictures had they handled this better. Now I won’t be and I’ll be letting everyone know about the experience I had and they should take their money elsewhere! Very sneaky advertising elephant stock. You need to list the size as exactly what the product is! Shame on you! Oh and They put the nail holders on crooked too ! :(”

“I had to return my first order because I didn’t realize the size was so small when I received it so I sent it back and reordered a larger size that I’m still waiting on.”

“The canvas print looks like the owl is coming from bottom of frame, not side. Therefore it looks as though the owl is misplaced. So sorry!! Would like to return for refund.”

“Firstly, my purchase took way too long to arrive. When I was finally able to “chat” with someone they were not able to tell me when exactly it would be ready to ship. I have never ordered art whether print or canvas and it take this long. Secondly, allow though I did order and measure the the item with the dimensions that were provide on the site the images portrayed are VERY misleading! The panels are much slimmer than they project on the website. I will NEVER order again! And will tell others to avoid this website.”
