“It is beautiful but the is a defect I cannot accept. I was trying to convince myself it is not a big deal but whenever I look at it I see it and it annoys me. I will need to ask you to replace it There is something like a line coming out of one elephant, something like the elephant is on the string. The worst part is it was noticed by a few people already. The attached picture does not show it very well”

“The art piece is beautiful but delivery was six days past promised delivery and two texts later. Plus, while I waited, was bombarded every day with 50% off and an extra $25 over $100. Not right”

“The touched up image you sent me to approve looked great, but unfortunately when you enlarged it for the final product it came out blurry/low-quality. The frame is great. The packaging was meticulous and everything arrived in good condition. I just wish the picture looked a little nicer.”
