“Loved your 1000s of choices. Was looking for sunset picture. When it arrived it was much darker and smaller than I expected. Also no invoice came with it. Also found it so frustrating that it is difficult to find my choice pick when I tried to find the picture again. I’m returning it”

“I asked for a (4) 18x18 Canvas photos and I didn’t received what I asked for. The shipping to to long and I still didn’t get what I asked for. This is ridiculous. I want either my correct order or a refund!!”

“It took 3 minutes for you to take my money but 3 weeks before I got a status on my order, and only because I inquired about it. No feedback, no status, nothing until I asked about it and then suddenly, my order was almost ready to ship. Isn't that an amazing coincidence!!?? I can certainly understand delays due to the virus situation. But if you have the resources to cash in the order, the least you can do is have someone provide status on the order and an ETA. I will not be ordering from you again, you don't deserve my business”

“The colors are not as bold as in the picture which makes it much darker and “blah” on the wall. I don’t think it is worth what I paid. Shipping took double what they promised and customer service was “blah” too, when notified them of not receiving on time.”
