“I accidentally ordered the wrong item and placed a new order for the correct item. When i called to cancel the first order, the lady cancelled both. After a month of not receiving the tracking info I called and they told me I had no orders placed. I had to place another order (factor in 3 times ordering + foreign exchange) they apologized and told me they would rush the order and would be shipped within 3 days. It’s about another month now and I just received the item. I understand covid has had an impact on operations however the service was horrible and the staff could not answer questions properly. I work the service industry, and they require further training to maintain a future customer base. I’m not sure if I would buy again.”

“I am very disappointed in my canvas print. The quality of the picture printed is very blurred. I understand that it may be because of my picture; however, it that was the case I feel that Elephant Stock should have contacted me and alerted me of the photo quality before printing.”

“This canvas was not at all near the size that’s in the pic. I even chose this size and you still sent me the wrong wall art!! I EXTREMELY disappointed for the price that I paid. VERY dissatisfied and will never order from this company again!! TOTAL RIP OFF!”
