“Never shipped as indicated. Contacted 14 days after it should have arrived. Only then did they let us know there were delayed because of Covid 19, which we would understand if they had sent us some form of communication. When they were contacted, they told us it would be shipped 3 to 5 business days from the day we contacted them. I wonder if we reached out a month after if that is when they would actually ship the item. Not a way to do business. Will not buy from here again.”

“The measurements of what was expected was not what I received. I’m very disappointed of the quality size and quality of the picture. I waited a month for my picture and I was regrettablely disappointed. The picture below is what I used as an idea of what size picture I should get and it was really small.”

“2 days shy of a full month to receive product. I sent a email to them and when that went unanswered I did live chat in which a rep said they were slow due to the covid. Frustrating on the communication level but the art work is nice.”

“The Japanese Footbridge is an Impressionist painting and shouldn't be offered in the largest size. I loved that particular painting and you can't get anyone else to produce it so I'm going to hang it up anyway because it doesn't look horrible from far away. I should have known that buying a 2 to 3 times larger version would result in a lower quality image but since the site sells it, I never considered that the resolution would be so low. If you buy this image, choose a size similar to a 3'x4' so it's similar to the original.”

“I received the product. I wasn't real happy with it (not that someone else may not have liked it) but wasn't for me. There was no packing slip that explained how you can return a product if you are unhappy... nothing. I reached out to the company to inquire about returning and have not received a response. Looks like I'm stuck with a $100 item I don't like”
