“I sent in a photo Of my husband for a personal canvas that I had found out was not a photo of my husband but if someone else so I called elephant stock to see if I could send in a different photo in place of the one I previously sent in they didn’t answer so I left a voice message and then also emailed them. I received an email back a few days later from a very helpful employee stating that I could indeed revise the photo as my order had not been fulfilled yet so I sent her the new photo to which she sent me a photo of what it would look like on the canvas, I ok'ed it and was told they would be sending the revision over to there printing team. I received my package a week ago with the wrong photo. mistakes happen not a big deal but I sent them an email right after I opened the package which was last Wednesday letting them know it was the incorrect photo And today being Thursday of the fallowing week, have still yet to receive an email back. I would just like to fix the situation as this is a gift for my husband for Father’s Day.”

“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING CUSTOM!! I placed a custom order with elephant stock for a canvas wall piece. After receiving it, it was very dull and looked nothing like the preview of how it looked on their website. I understand that my monitor could alter the way the colors are displayed, but this almost looked like their their ink levels were low which made my picture look extremely dull and washed out. After contacting them, all they could offer me is a 40 percent refund. This is absurd. Now I'm out $120 and stuck with a canvas print that looks horrible.”

“I’m unhappy with my canvas as the picture is misleading and I paid $50 for a picture that is extremely small for the wall I wanted to put it on. I was looking for something bigger than what I received especially after waiting two weeks to receive it”

“My experience with this company was honestly not the best. When I purchased this "canvas art" I thought I was buying authentic canvas, but what I got was a canvas print out. The image on my frame was overstretched and looked blurry. Honestly this is not real oil canvas, is some cheap print framed. I would not recommend buying from them. They should state in the description of the art that it is not actual canvas but a print out of a real one. Very disappointing.”
