“The canvas picture is nice, and the frame is nice. However, the frame is damaged in that it is chipped in two places. I'm not sure if this happened during transit or prior, but the frame is chipped.”

“Ive placed this order and it was well overdue to have receive it late. And still after receiving it it is the wrong size that I did not order. Very disappointed because I was so looking forward to hang it up in my living room and now I cant because I have to send it back. Im requesting full refund because I do not want to deal with the hassle of waiting longer again.”

“My second purchase from ElephantStock (gave them a second chance!) and equally as disappointed. My order confirmation stated shipment in 7-days. However, after 2-weeks of no updates I called and found out it was still in process towards shipping. Upon arrival, the metal hardware to hang my canvas painting was not even on the frame. Quality of the canvas on the frame is just okay. You can clearly see creases in the canvas along the plywood frame. Overall disappointed and will not be giving them a 3rd chance for my business.”
