“I received the 3 piece Silent Forest and am very disappointed. The coloring, the brightness, is just not the same as what I saw on the ElephantStock website. I've attached a pic I took off of your website, along with 2 photos of what I received. I have not hung them up, as I'm not happy with them. Please let me know if it is possible for you to reprint this pictures with the same quality of color and brightness as what is depicted on your website. If not, I will want to return them for a refund. Totally not satisfied. Michelle”

“It is unfortunate that I need to give a bad review for this company based on the experience with “free returns”. The order was fulfilled in record time and I was so impressed as we placed it during COVID-19 times. The colours were not exactly as online, but still beautiful print. Unfortunately, we were not happy how it looked on our wall as the colours are not exactly what we expected, so decided to do exchange. After waiting for more than a week (I get it, it is difficult time we live in), I received a response that the free returns apply to USA only!!! Yes, if you decide to do a return, you start to dig on the website and you will see this stipulation, but when purchasing, people only see the big logo: FREE RETURNS. And in the end, it wouldn’t be a big problem if the shipping is cheap. It would cost me almost as I am buying a new print! We paid around $150. So, no, I will not return, but will never buy again and I hope people outside USA read this before ordering.”

“The final product is acceptable, it's ok, and I'm happy with it because it was my own photo that I captured myself.. But there are a couple things to point out. First of all, the packaging itself arrived damaged. I'm guessing FedEx did a very poor job with shipping and handling the item. See images below that show how I found it left at my doorstep. Luckily the panels inside themselves were not damaged so I kept it. Another thing to note is that my order was a custom print. I did not provide a high resolution image (it was a cropped section from an image, so the resolution is lower than original). I feared it would be obvious if the scale was blown up to 45x68 inches. So when I placed the order, I contacted customer service BEFORE them printing and asked them to verify the resolution will be ok, and quality was good enough before printing. They did contact me later to verify it was good enough for printing, so I gave the OK... But when it arrived, I can definitely see it is very pixelated and I can see all the individual pixels even from a distance. So it don't think they should have printed it knowing it will show pixels like that as I did mention to them it was a low resolution image (cropped section from a larger image). Finally, I struggled a bit with hanging it as the print on the canvas panels are slightly misaligned, so I had to compensate for it on each panel. Also, the wood is slightly curved too, so the sides rock left to right vertically.. Either way, it's not that bad from far away, and I still hung it on my wall. See images for the finished product.”
