“I ordered 2 multi panel canvases. One was a 30X18 and the other was a 36X22. I measured the bigger canvas because it looked small. Each board was 8 inches wide and the big boards are 21 inches long. I called customer service because I thought they would offer to make me the correct size or adjust the price since the canvas is smaller. What I received was rudeness with the customer service rep saying Did you read the website. You have to space these one inch apart. Guess what if I space them and add the 3 inches, the canvas is still short. She couldn't think of a good excuse for the length shortage. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for about 7 minutes. She came back to the telephone and stated that the managers were in a meeting but she spoke to one who said to send it back and they would issue a full refund. Funny she can speak with a manager and I can't. It is was 6:00 pm central time. All managers in a meeting, if you believe that then I have a bridge to sell you. The other canvas is 28 inches by 18.5 inches. When I space them one inch apart they will actually measure 31X18.5. Its really sad when insteading of listening to the customer, I encountered someone who was rude (maybe having a bad day) who didn't try to resolve issue. She decided that I needed to return item. Buyer beware!!! which is sad since they have some beautiful prints.”
