“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not ever order anything from Elephant Stock again due to the lack of customer concern. I got an email stating my item would be shipped within 4 business days. TWENTY TWO days it took for them to ship it. I just got my order today, a total of twenty six days after ordering. I sent Three e-mails asking why my item had not been shipped yet. Got the same exact automated return email every time-nothing personal, no apologies or explanations. Way to make you feel like a sheep in the herd. Elephant Stock clearly has no concern for their customers and that is why I will never be one again. Product is fine, but for the price I paid it is TINY. Much much smaller than I anticipated, and that was after I used measuring tape before I ordered. I'm really not sure how they can get away with charging so much for such small pieces, and honestly surprised they stay in business. Probably the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had, ever.”

“I received my canvas today and I was really disappointed when I opened it up and the picture below was in it. On the bottom you can see the wine photo that I selected but the waterfall photo was in my box. Delivery took 3 1/2 weeks.”
