“I only rated it "poor" because the quality was less than I expected for the money I spent. If I had seen this in person, I would have never spent $148.95 + tax. The art itself is not bad, just the colors are not as vibrant as the photo from the website.”

“I love ElephantStock- or, I did. About a year ago, we purchased a multi-piece, canvas lion and it was spectacular!!! I’ve changed some decor, so wanted to have a classic piece over the sofa, where the lion was hanging. The Van Gogh, Almond Blossoms, multi- piece canvas arrived yesterday. After hanging it today, I am so sad!! The print quality is sub-par and it looks tacky on my wall. Not sure what happened between orders, but it is my last purchase from ElephantStock. So disappointed because I was thrilled with the previous Lion print.”

“It is a small sample of what is displayed, especially not worth the price. Maybe if they stressed how small the pictures would be and updated the purchaser on their order and tracking information promptly they could avoid a bunch of headaches or purchases. I was trying to cancel my order for almost 2 weeks but there was no one to contact, I was told to wait until I got a tracking number, which came in 2 days before I got my package. And after I received the package, I was told to send a picture of the box, the portraits and then someone would get back to me, yet no one has. I requested a refund and to return the portrait and I have yet heard back from the company. Instead I get asked to leave a review, go figure. I just want to return the merchandise, that I ordered for my niece's birthday who lives overseas, which has since returned, so I just want my money refunded. I figured since they had an option to pay through Amazon, it would be as good as amazon, big fail. I wonder if amazon knows the service that is attached to their name?”
