“Was a little disappointed with the delay of the delivery, but was happy with the quality of the prints. I think that in the company’s reply to the customer’s order, maybe it will help to show the photos that were selected so that we can have copies. One of the photos were printed to what I think was NOT what I have submitted, but can’t tell for sure if this was my fault or your company. What I would like to know is if I can order two of the side photos from the set.”

“The wall art looks good behind my couch. But the main problem I'm having is that you have not applied my $25 discount to this, my first, order like I asked in previous e-mail. Your e-mails keep implying that I am entitled to a $25 discount on my first order.”

“I wasn't impressed with the quality of the picture. The coloring isn't as vibrant as the online version. It is actually very dual looking. I'm keeping it because it's to much trouble returning items.”

“When we received our canvas painting we noticed it had 2 oil stains on the picture. We contacted Customer service right away. We’ve Been getting the run around for 3 weeks. Horrible service. We had to get a refund still waiting. Hope you don’t have to deal with the C/S dept. I do not recommend them at all. Good luck.”
