“I'm very disappointed in the canvas that I received. The picture online shows it to be very vibrant in color, but the one I received is very dull and almost faded looking. Not the same at all. The frame and the canvas material are all good quality, I will give them that. But the picture itself is horrible, I can't use it. So disappointed. I want to also note that it arrived much later than the stated delivery date.”

“I am happy with the final product but I didn’t think communication was effectively handled. The people who I did end up getting in touch with were helpful, but I was told the canvas would get shipped way earlier than it did and I never received updates unless I requested. That being said- I know this is a crazy time, so apologies if the review was a little harsh.”

“It took longer than the 2-4 business days to receive my tracking number as mentioned in my purchase confirmation email. Customer service responded very quickly to my questions regarding my concern. Overall good experience and quality with the canvas I purchased.”

“The picture frames I received do not look like the picture online. They are much more blurry and the colors are not well defined and have a low contrast/ brightness. Also, I received the picture frames a few days after the latest ETA date. I think you have a lot of nice looking products online, but now I will not buy again knowing how those look like in person.”

“I ordered the 42x19 size. Just came in the mail and it is much smaller than advertised. Set up exactly the way in the online picture it measures in at 38x18. I’m so disappointed because I ordered the size that would fit the space and the one received falls short.”
