“Poor customer service - shipment of order took 2+ weeks contrasting their 1-2 day shipping lead times. Picture finally arrived and was the wrong size (understand this was partially my side for not understanding their overall size chart). Requested an exchange or some voucher to repurchase the proper sized option and they offered $11.00 back on a $50+ order. Will not shop with elephantstock again”
