“After reading so many wonderful comments and reviews about this company, i can honestly say that I’m very disappointed. There was no communication on where my package was while out for delivery, and i had to end up calling to see if it was even out of the warehouse. When i finally received my two paintings, one was a different color and the other was dented. I sent multiples emails with pictures attached and didn’t get a response until i called. Now I’m forced to wait until the pandemic is over in order to receive a refund. I gave this review one star only because the customer service rep was friendly but he wasn’t very knowledgeable on policies as i had to wait for someone to get back to him in order to tell me what my options were.”

“Trying to return anything is impossible. I have been trying is get in touch with someone for almost a week. I called but when they called back and I answered there was no one there and the phone dropped. Have also tried through email. Said the would get back with me in 24 hours and it has been about 37 hours at least.”

“I was a little disappointed with this wall art. The colors and pictures of this were true to what was shown online; however, for the price I paid for it I feel like it should have been sturdier. I paid $135 for the 36 by 22. I would have been happier if I would have paid that price for the 52 by 32. On the positive side, it does match my comforter perfectly.”
