“Canceled order two days before it was to ship. The canvas was really small The employee guaranteed me it wasn’t gonna be shipped and I would get my money back. Next day got a confirmation that it was in transit again called the elephant company another gentleman assured me once again they weren’t Going to ship it!! Guess what they shipped it now I have to wait for a fed ex postage take it to the fed ex office then once they received the package back then 3-5 days I will get the refund. So all of this would have been avoided if they would have canceled the order the day after I placed it!!! Never again!!!”

“I ordered a Push Pin world map as a gift, hence the website name “push pin”. After placing the order I asked the following day if the purchased included push pins or would have to purchase those (some websites included pins and some didn’t). The response I rec’d from customer service was no the pins were not included and it was not recommended to use push pins on this item. The item was listed as a push pin world map to track travel destinations you have traveled to and plan to travel to. Was a gift so now I feel really bad for the couple that rec’d it.”

“Honestly the product is fine but it's expensive for it to be this small. I was very disappointed of the size when I got it. I put it above my couch and it looks so tiny. Now I have to spend more money for a decent size.”

“Sorry, but I cannot keep that picture. I've tried to find something positive about it but came up with nothing. It looks much better online. On a positive side, we received the Tongass National Forest print and are quite pleased with it. It will be awhile before I can go to the post office to return the Eiffel Tower picture due to the coronavirus.”
