“Honestly my pictures look great but it took 3 weeks to get them. For me to have paid so much, I definitely thought I’d get them in the time frame listed on the site. I had to send multiple messages just to get an update and time frame. Kept being told I’m a priority even up to a week later. Not Sure I’d order again because of it.”

“Frame came damaged in three places. I contacted their cs and was told they were sending me a replacement one and a return label. I Don't want to haśsle with a return and should have been asked if that was an acceptable option.”
