“I submitted a professional photo that I already have numerous clear copies of and was excited to have a large canvas printed for my entry way. When I received my canvas it was blurry. I called the customer service number and all she told me to do was send pictures and they can’t refund me. I explained that I do not want a refund. I simply want the photo printed in a more professional manner. The canvas looks fine from 15 feet away but up close it’s pixelated. Unfortunately my iPhone autocorrects the photo so the pictures do not show the imperfections. So now I am stuck with a $140 canvas that’s embarrassing to display.”

“The ordering and creating process was easy. Exceptional price as well. I was so excited to receive my 40x30 canvas... until I opened it up. It's extremely blurred to where it doesn't look like a live photo anymore. If a created picture is going to give the customer horrible results, it shouldn't allow you all the size options. After going back to see where I possibly went wrong, I noticed a tiny little blurb stating low quality. I originally did this on my phone, so it went unnoticed and allowed me to continue. I definitely will reconsider the size next time because this was a waste of my money.”
