Customer Service gave me misinformation when they returned my phone after my second attempt to contact them regarding a question I had about the clocks. When they responded to my clock questions, I was led to believe the clocks were real.”

“I had a custom print made. It was a large 3 panel camvas print. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the results. The image was blurry and the color was washed out. I took the exact same image to a local printer, and they printed it tack sharp and with perfect color. They made no additional adjustments to the image. I was really hoping that the canvas print from Elephantstock would be good quality as I am a photographer, and have my images printed on various media quite often. I was drawn by the cheaper price offered on canvas prints by ElephantStock, but as always, you get what you pay for. Sadly, I'll stick with my local printer in the future.”
