“Color was faded and different from website description; in addition shipping tape got onto 4 pictures out of 6. After speaking to customer service, they provided a return label and promised to refund for UNDAMAGED pictures, so basically i can't return 4 of them!! Then they become very rude and told me to talk to credit card company. Will never buy here again”

“Picture was enlarged and lost it's sharpness. Colors look faded. Can't see detail on shirt. Waste of money. This was my second purchase. First picture came damaged, nails were protrouding and cut my finger. However I no longer has the box and loved the picture. Got out a hammer, fixed the frame. Would not buy from Elephant Stock again.”

“Three small loose pieces of wood sticking out thru plastic wrap , tape itself is poor- the box it was in wasn’t sealed correctly and the worse part is that the canvas at the front and center has two vertical lines down the scene which is from the center wood in back from the lack of protection and there was non sufficient packing done to protect this canvas at all... thin plastic wrap does nothing to protect a package in transit! Tried to call and cannot get thru... very disappointed! I’m axtually surprised there’s not more damage and this did not come from shipping - this was from the lack of protection around the canvas”
