“I purchased a 5-panel piece, thinking it would look just like the image on the product page. When set up properly, the panels should be spaced about 1" apart, and the image makes it look as though there should be part of the image "missing" in that gap. When I received the panels, however, this is not how they were cut and stretched. I contacted customer service and they offered a free return and full refund, which was nice, but it's too much of a hassle for me at this point. I ended up mounting the panels right next to each other to make the images look good together instead of with the 1" gap.”
