“Pretty disappointed with what I received and the time it takes this company to address my issue. I purchased a custom canva and initially requested an amendment to be made. I was told that the design team would send an email to me with the draft for my approval before it was printed. I did not recieve that email. The custom canva was printed and delivered to my residence. When I opened it and realized no changes were made, I reached back out to the team where I was told that I would be receiving a follow up email regarding the matter and to see what can be done to rectify the issue. Its been 3 days, and to date, I am yet to receive that follow up email on that matter. I have however recieved numerous emails requesting me to rate my service. I was hoping that a resolve could have been had before I left a rating, however I'm now under the impression that this company isn't interested in helping at all. They do not offer returns or refunds on custom products so I now feel that I have wasted nearly $100 on a custom product that I initially requested changes to. Because the changes were not done, the canva i ordered is basically of no use to me. In light of this, I do not and will not be recommending this company with others.”

“They say they may take 10 to 13 bus days to ship and certain days to actually get it to me. I waited 13 business days with no word, so I emailed cust service. The next day I got the normal reply it may take up to 13 "bus days" but we are on it... needless to say it shipped. Supposed to be there Sunday, but every day passed that I got a delayed delivery date till Tuesday (including one saying it was going to be Wednesday) but I finally got my artwork and it was wrapped safely and looks great!”

“I have purchased many canvas prints. This was my first purchase from ElephantStock and I am very disappointed. The picture quality along with the quality of the canvas was poor compared to other companies. I also thought the size was per panel (I purchased a three panel canvas) for the price, but was the total size of all three panels. My fault for not looking at things carefully enough, but I will not purchase from ElephantStock again. It also took a very long time to get here.”

“I’m disappointed with the rep who helped me when needed info when decision size of the picture- tge incorrect size was ordered- we gave to return it and spend additional dollars for a bigger size - I wish the rep helped me line the one did when we needed the return”
