“My canvas is quite lovely although your advertising of free shipping is misleading. Any items that I have ordered from other companies (and there have been many) from the US to Canada has always included all charges. I was disgusted to receive a bill for $84.00 for duty and tariffs. It made the canvas expensive and will not recommend your company to anyone as your product becomes too expensive.”

“The painting is nice but doesn’t have the glassy look I was anticipating. The order also took a while to arrive it would have been helpful if there was more of a progress tracker so I knew where my painting was at during the construction process. It took a little under a month to arrive.”
