“Such disappointing customer service. I placed an order on March 15,2021. It states that it can take the order 12 - 15 business days for shipping. I immediately got an email stating my order had been placed, the next day (3/15) I got another email stating they were preparing my order. I did a chat session on 3/29/2021 to check on the status of my order. I was informed that this was only day 11 and that it would be shipping. No more than 5 minutes after I hung up with the chat, I got a confirmation email that my order had shipped. Coincidence? I think not! It makes me wonder if my order would of ever shipped if I had no notified them. Then to top all that, the item shipped from about 42 miles away and was here the next day. Will never order from this company again.”

“The canvas is so thin! I have bought cheap dollar store canvases which are thicker! For the price I paid, I would think you would have a more quality product. Very disappointed.”

“In the advertising, this art work is above a couch. The actual picture does not even fit on the surface of my end table.I called the 1-800 number but the phone number is not in service.”

“I am very disappointed. I thought the large piece was 12 x 29 and the others slightly smaller. I do love the pictures. Do you have anything bigger? I do not see how these small pictures are going to work on the wall I planned to put them on.”

“I waited several weeks for a world map for my law office. It finally came, but what I got is a 36x48 print of Jimi Hendrix. I have no idea how the order could be so off. I’m extremely frustrated by this.”
