“Although I truly loved the product, I must say that I was disappointed with the customer service. Once I received my product it was defected and I contacted customer service, sent them a picture of the defect and they replaced same quickly but, when they shipped the product back to me via Federal Express I was charged taxes and duties, which I was not charged for the first time. I contacted fedex and they advised me that this was what Elephant Stock put on their commercial invoice. They checked the box to bill Consignee for any charges instead of billing the exporter (Elephant Stock). There was an issue with the product I ordered, so I don't see why I, the customer, have to pay for the taxes and duties. This should have been absorbed by Elephant Stock. After contacting customer service numerous times and numerous e-mail exchanges I was told that this was our postal service. This is insane because it did not come by Canada Post it was shipped by them via Federal Express. I paid for these charges because I don't want to be on record with Federal Express that I was a diligent customer because it's not their fault I was charged it's due to the incompetence of the employees of Elephant Stock that completed the paperwork when they shipped it. Although I love the product, I will not order from them in the future because of their customer service after purchase!!”

“Disappointed. I ordered a 50" x 32" and got 48 1/2" x 32". Color was also not as it looked online. Mayan calendar was black and white in the pictures but when I got it, it looks like a brownish black and white, almost like the printer was running out of ink. For the amount of money spent, it should have been better. Probably wouldn't recommend buying again unless Elephant Stock can redo it as it was supposed to be.”

“They don't tell you that you are stuck paying large sums for the shipping from FedEx after you've already paid them in full, and they claim free shipping. It's bull!”
