“I love the canvas print, but the frame was slightly damaged after opening the packaging. There was no damage to the shipping box and it was packaged very well. Parts of the frame are chipped and it is noticeable when looking at the front of the print. I sent an email to ElephantStock customer service about this and never received an email or reply back.”

“Low quality - the picture online makes it look much bigger. Not impressed for the cost. This was the largest one offered and it was small.”

“It’s been two weeks and some change now that I have not received my canvas that I ordered before Christmas and I still haven’t got it and it’s a couple days now after Christmas I was so excited cause I saw the reviews that the got it on time by Christmas so seeing no canvas still the second week Around Christmas I then panic and order from a different website last minute and let me tell you that was dec 19th and I got it Wednesday the 23rd and it was exactly the same thing. They fail with communicating on the order I hadn’t seen an email until this week because I SENT THEM MY CONCERNS that I haven’t seen the order process or an email since the day I ordered it witch was 2 weeks ago and all they said was it takes time and they told there team to get on it ASAP but yet it’s this long and the other website got here in time make no sense and that ordered I did on the other website said it would be here the 30th or Jan 5th but got here the day before Christmas Eve amazing so idk why you would put your delivery date but never get no where close to it”
