“I was disappointed that it wasn’t actually metal. I thought it was. I called and was offered a 20 percent refund to keep it but i didn’t call back fir the 20 percent back. I decided I would try it and see how it looks first.”

“Ordered a picture. Decided that I didn't want it. Called customer service less than 12 hours later to cancel. Was told that would be OK. Now the picture just showed up at my doorstep. I have to go through the hassle of carrying this thing back to FED Ex, and wait forever for my refund. Their customer service sucks.”
