“Shipping was quicker then expected. It took 7 days. The pictures were just as colorful as shown online. The LOVE four piece was perfect! But the map I ordered although it was exactly what was shown online, there were a lot of spelling mistakes with countries. And a lot of the smaller countries were very hard to read as the words were blurry and some just had random letters that weren’t in the country it was labeling. They could have done a better job at designing the words to fit better especially for the three piece. I was very disappointed as I paid a decent amount for an inaccurate map that is hard to reference. I did contact the company by phone and email and they were quick to respond. I’m waiting on a response after they speak to design team to see what we can do to resolve the issue. Will update review once I get an resolution.”

“Quality was good but I was short an 1 1/2 inch on my length I paid for a 23x14 . I planned that length to fit specifically on a mantle. I can’t use this because the size was to small . Disappointed that I now need to figure out option b .”

“Extremely disappointed in large 3 panel artwork. Paid alot and artwork was dull, dark and drab. Not anything like the bright colors they used in their marketing photos. I spent a half hour on the phone to inquire if perhaps they had different lots and maybe I could return mine and get a lighter version but was told they were all the same. This company entices reviewers to leave positive reviews through promising that they will enter them into a contest to receive free artwork. This skews the reviews! I did not fall for it and am entering a true review. As I had a renter moving in I did not have time to return and purchase something else. Stuck with it! Conversely, I ordered 3 pictures from a co. named Color Bakery through Houzz and wrote excellent reviews as the items were as pictured!”

“It was shipped quick. It was packaged well. The picture itself is what I wanted, we really like it. BUT.....It’s pretty much a poster that was unrolled and put in a frame. It would have been better if the poster was stored flat and not rolled. You can see the waves in the material where it was rolled. A canvas print probably would have been a better choice. I hate to leave a bad review but even at the sale price I’m not too thrilled. You get what you pay for I guess.”
